Shipping policy

All shipments are processed in the order received. All orders will be processed and shipped out in 1-3 business days. If your product is being delivered by UPS Ground  you can expect your product to arrive in 2-8 business days. Please allow for 3-10 business days for the arrival of the merchandise. This time frame will allow for processing time as well as transit. All next day, second day & three day select orders placed after 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be processed and shipped the next UPS business day. If your product is being shipped make sure to check the product for any damage or missing items. All discrepancies must be noted on the Bill of Lading and signed by the driver. If there is no notation on the Bill of Lading for damaged or missing items jg tarps and canopies  will not issue credit  will replacement parts be sent out.
